By using Psyche, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational purpose

Psyche provides short educational lessons about theories and concepts associated with Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud.

The app is not therapy, medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for a qualified professional. It does not interpret you or your personal experiences.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to the email address used to sign in and for keeping your device secure.

You must provide accurate information, be at least 13 years old, and use Psyche only for lawful personal learning.

Course content

Historical theories are presented as the views of their authors and may be disputed, dated, or incomplete. Psyche does not endorse every claim it teaches.

We may correct, expand, reorder, or retire lessons and features as the course develops.

Psyche and its original lesson structure, copy, visual design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit them without permission.

Access and availability

The current release is offered without advertising or an in-app subscription. We will disclose any future paid offering before charging you.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, provider outages, or product changes may temporarily affect availability.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's account or data, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected services, scrape course content, or overload the API.

Do not use Psyche to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful material or to interfere with other users.

Ending use

You may stop using Psyche at any time and delete your account in the app.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to serious misuse of the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Psyche is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee learning outcomes or the accuracy of every historical interpretation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
